- Oversee and manage SAP roles and access in the ERP environment.
- Ensure proper setup of roles with compliance parameters in place to meet governance standards.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to establish role-based access for onboarding processes.
- Define, design, and architect SAP security roles, modifying permissions as business processes evolve.
- Serve as the point person for SAP security audits and act as the primary contact for internal audit teams.
- Manage and maintain SAP compliance, ensuring access roles align with corporate risk control frameworks (GRC).
- Assist in setting up a role-based approach to user access, working closely with finance and other departments.
- Provide leadership in security initiatives and potential to grow into a lead capacity for SAP security.

- Direct, hands-on experience with SAP security.
- Experience with SAP RISE implementation preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Identity Access Management (IDAM) and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks.
- Familiarity with SAP governance and compliance processes.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with audits and compliance oversight within SAP environments.
- Ability to modify and manage permissions as processes change.
