Baer is looking for SAP HR Data Lead for a 6-month Federal project located in Harrisburg, PA.

Title: SAP HR Data Lead

Location: Remote and Harrisburg, PA

Duration: 6 months

Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed

Alignment: W2 or C2C (Vendors Not Permitted)

Description:  
  • Lead data migration and implementation projects for SAP Employee Central and S/4 HANA systems, ensuring successful and accurate data integration.
  • Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to uphold data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Establish and enforce data quality standards, including processes for data cleansing, enrichment, and validation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance, etc.) to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and platforms.
  • Design and implement data validation and testing protocols to guarantee data accuracy, reliability, and compliance.
  • Provide end-user training and ongoing support for data entry, maintenance, and reporting within SAP Employee Central and S/4.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data analysts and specialists, offering daily guidance and support to ensure team efficiency and quality outcomes.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders to understand their data needs, provide insights, and recommend improvements for data utilization and optimization.
  Requirements:  
  • 7+ years of experience working with SAP HR systems, including SAP Employee Central and S/4 HANA.
  • Proven experience in data migration, governance, and data quality management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and related regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
