Baer is looking for S4 HANA Grants Management Consultant for a 6-month Federal project located in Harrisburg, PA.

Location: Remote and 30-50 % travel to Harrisburg

Description:
- Design, develop, and maintain Looker dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
- Lead workshops to gather and define the customer's business requirements for Grants Management (GM) within S/4 HANA.
- Provide guidance and support in designing master data for Grants Management, including integrating with other modules.
- Perform configuration tasks for GM, covering areas such as master data, derivation rules, budget execution, availability control, billing, indirect costs, and pass-through functionality.
- Utilize knowledge of GM business processes to develop functional specifications and assist with testing requirements.
- Formulate, maintain, and execute test scripts for GM-related business processes and integration scenarios.
- Facilitate discussions and sessions focused on year-end closing activities related to Grants Management.
- Possess a deep understanding of GM integration scenarios involving Funds Management, Procurement, Human Experience Management (HXM), Concur, and other related functional areas.
- Familiarity with standard GM reports and custom analytical queries.
- Experience in creating process flows using Signavio Process Manager is preferred.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working on public sector projects, particularly state and local government projects.
- Proven experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementations, specifically in the area of Grants Management.
- Experience in creating and managing process flows using Signavio Process Manager is highly desired.
- Familiarity with GM integration scenarios related to Funds Management, Procurement, HXM, and Concur.
- Bachelor's Degree
