The successful candidate will enable the success of Collins Aerospace through management of our ERP systems. This position will be required to support our SAP installations globally 24x7. The ideal candidate will have the following experiences and capabilities.
** This individual can sit at any Collins domestic location or remote. **
What YOU will do:
- You will leverage Raytheon and Collins Aerospace's influential relationship with SAP and other key hardware and software providers.
- You will lead technical teams through software installation and upgrade process.
- You will work with others to resolve conflicts, technical and other, to the satisfaction of our internal and external customers.
- You will work with ECC Suite on HANA, SAP Printing and Output solutions, SAP Solution Manager, Business Objects, SAP Landscape Transformation, SAP GRC, GT, Netweaver Portals and SAP PI solutions.
- You will have a strong understanding of Web technologies, firewalls, Proxy, reverse proxy, Web application Firewalls and other cyber capabilities required to deploy solutions safely and successfully.
- You will work with internal cyber, system administration and administrative practices and policies.
Qualifications you must have:
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position (U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder).
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience.
- SAP System administration
- Linux, Windows System Administration
- Oracle and HANA database administration
- Experienced in scripting (eg. powershell, bash, python etc.)
- Experiences with external compliance audits

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
