The SAP Fieldglass System Administrator at Carnival Corporation will serve as the primary point of contact for all inquiries and requests related to the Vendor Management System. Essential Functions:
- 4-year degree in related field, preferably in a business or technical discipline
- Proficient in SAP Fieldglass Contingent Labor, SOW, and Worker Tracking Modules
- At least 5 years of relevant system administration experience
- Ability to assimilate, analyze, draw conclusions, and make recommendations from multi-faceted and often ambiguous data
- Experience eliciting and documenting user requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in O365 Microsoft products (i.e. Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

This position is classified as “in-office.” As an in-office role, it requires employees to work from a designated Carnival office in South Florida Tuesday through Thursday each week. Employees may work from their homes on Mondays and Fridays. Candidates must be located in (or willing to relocate to) the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area.
