To complement our team in the United States, we are looking for SAP Project Manager - Automation

Your Responsibilities:- Lead and manage SAP automation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and strategies for SAP automation initiatives, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business units and IT teams, to define project scope, objectives, and expectations for automation within the SAP environment.
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and integration of automation tools specific to SAP (e.g., Robotic Process Automation (RPA), SAP Intelligent Robotic Process Automation (IRPA)).
- Manage resources, budgets, and schedules to ensure that SAP automation projects are delivered within scope and financial constraints.
- Ensure the quality and compliance of automation solutions within the SAP ecosystem, ensuring minimal disruption to existing processes.
- Oversee testing and validation of automation solutions within SAP, ensuring they meet business requirements and performance standards.
- Ensure SAP automation projects follow SAP best practices, methodologies, and industry standards.
Your Skills and Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience managing SAP automation projects, with in-depth knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SAP Ariba, etc.).
- Strong experience with Robotic Process Automation tools, particularly SAP specific tools such as SAP Intelligent RPA or third-party RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism.
- Strong understanding of SAP workflows and processes, including finance,procurement, HR, and supply chain.
- Proficiency with SAP project management tools and methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate, Agile, Waterfall).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions in SAP automation projects.
- Knowledge of SAP architecture, cloud solutions, and integration with other business systems.
- Industry-specific experience (e.g., manufacturing, retail, finance) with SAP is advantageous.
