Key Responsibilities:- Strategize and Optimize: Define and refine our SAP profile and go-to-market strategy. This includes generating leads and opportunities, networking, partnering with SAP and other entities, delivering speaking engagements, publishing articles, and driving marketing campaigns.
- Market Services: Promote our services within partner networks, managing the entire process from offer preparation to delivery and staffing strategy.
- Leadership: Oversee the Market Unit in Japan, ensuring the success of ongoing projects and participating in key organizational structures such as Steering Committees.

What We Are Looking For:- Experience: Solid background in go-to-market strategies, pre-sales, servicing major accounts, and creating and delivering customer proposals. An eye for market needs related to future-oriented technologies and innovations.
- Mindset: Solution-oriented, positive, and hands-on mentality.
- Skills: Entrepreneurial spirit, authenticity, and excellent business acumen.
- Expertise: Minimum 8 years of sales experience with SAP solutions and services.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills in Japanese and English.
- Team Player: Strong logical and reasoning skills, enjoys working in a global environment, and committed to high-quality project delivery.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel as required by the role.
