Job Title: Program Manager – SAP S/4HANA Migration (Global Implementation)

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support a global SAP S/4HANA migration initiative. This role will be central to managing program-level planning, maintaining scope, and driving key status reporting. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills and program management experience within enterprise technology environments.
While SAP knowledge is beneficial, this is not a technical SAP role — rather, it is focused on program oversight, stakeholder coordination, and high-level execution across global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive program planning and execution for a global SAP S/4HANA migration.
- Manage scope, timelines, risks, and reporting for executive and stakeholder updates.
- Serve as a liaison between the client leadership and the Systems Integrator (SI).
- Foster collaboration across geographically and culturally diverse teams.
- Represent program-level objectives without micromanaging deliverables.
- Ensure alignment across multiple workstreams and maintain a cohesive program strategy.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably within global IT or ERP transformation programs.
- Experience leading large-scale SAP or enterprise system implementations is a plus (not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — able to engage across functions, geographies, and personalities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and best practices.
- Ability to manage up and across, delivering concise reporting to both internal and client stakeholders.
- Industry experience is a nice-to-have but not required; strong project leadership and adaptability are key.
