Job Description
- You will lead, mentor, and manage a team of SAP SuccessFactors Consultants.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Supervise the successful delivery of SAP SuccessFactors projects, ensuring they meet client requirements, timelines, and budgets.
- Provide guidance on best practices, system architecture, and integration strategies for our customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the delivered solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the team.

- Du leitest, betreust und führst ein Team von SAP SuccessFactors Consultants.
- Du führst regelmäßige Performance Reviews durch und gibst deinen Teammitgliedern konstruktives Feedback.
- Du bist dafĂĽr verantwortlich, dass SAP SuccessFactors-Projekte erfolgreich durchgefĂĽhrt werden und dass sie den Kundenanforderungen, dem Zeitplan und dem Budget entsprechen.
- Du berätst unsere Kunden in Bezug auf Best Practices, Systemarchitektur und Integrationsstrategien.
- Außerdem baust du enge Beziehungen zu unseren Kunden auf und pflegst diese, um sicherzustellen, dass sie mit den gelieferten Lösungen zufrieden sind.
- Du findest auch immer wieder Möglichkeiten, die Prozesse im Team zu optimieren.
Qualifications
- You have at least 5Â years of practical experience in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules, ideally with in-depth knowledge of Employee Central.
- You have the ability to lead and motivate people and have some experience in managing projects and teams.
- You are able to explain complex issues clearly and communicate with different stakeholders at eye level - both in German (at least C1 level) and in English.
- You have extensive experience in customer consulting and have a good understanding of customers' needs and challenges.
- You know how to develop and implement sustainable, strategic solutions.
- You work in a goal-oriented and independent manner, maintain an overview even in complex projects and make well-founded decisions that move the project forward.

- Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem oder mehreren SAP SuccessFactors Modulen, idealerweise mit vertieften Kenntnissen in Employee Central.
- Du bringst erste Erfahrungen in der Leitung von Projekten und Teams mit.
- Du kannst komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich erklären und mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern auf Augenhöhe kommunizieren - sowohl in Deutsch (mindestens C1-Niveau) als auch in Englisch.
- Du verfügst über umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Kundenberatung und hast ein gutes Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse und Herausforderungen der Kunden.
- Du kannst nachhaltige, strategische Lösungen entwickeln und umsetzen.
- Du arbeitest zielorientiert und selbstständig, behältst auch in komplexen Projekten den Überblick und kannst fundierte Entscheidungen treffen, die das Projekt voranbringen.
