Position Description:
NTT DATA Business Solutions is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our marketing team. You will manage the day-to-day administration of the marketing department’s technology stack including HubSpot, DemandBase, ZoomInfo, and On24. You will report to the VP of Marketing, and work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once.
Responsibilities:
- Manage marketing technology systems and integrations required to execute the marketing strategy, with continuous assessment and optimization of processes and workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop standardized processes for data imports/exports and maintain the accuracy of marketing data
- Data optimization and governance management including the ability to maintain consistent data quality, taxonomy, and hierarchies; audit, cleanse and enrich data; minimize duplicate data; apply governance policies for how data is curated including opt-in/unsubscribe preferences and regulations; standardize data, manage the import/export of contacts, acquire data, model data, and help establish and manage integration/mapping between marketing technology systems.
- Engineer how to capture, manage, and leverage insights from our marketing technology systems and design meaningful reporting by selecting and organizing metrics to deliver deep visibility and insight into marketing performance and business value.
- Work with campaign managers to support demand creation programs, leveraging marketing technology systems to create and sequence program components in an integrated multi-channel environment using lead scoring and advanced automation techniques.
- Interpret and apply performance data to continually optimize multi-touch and multi-channel programs on a regular cadence. Perform strategic planning and presentations in order to share program strategy, plans, and performance dashboards with leadership.
- Ensure marketing data is being properly collected and connected with other systems.
- Create and manage advanced automation workflows within HubSpot.
- Create lead scoring and trigger-based nurture design using marketing automation and sales engagement platform tools.
- Manage data cleansing and research new ways to enrich data.
- Ensure business meets best practices for marketing and data privacy rules.
- Produce reports to help derive valuable insights and analysis for stakeholders in the business.
- Manage analytics, reporting, and team dashboards to measure the effectiveness of our marketing channels.
- Use Demand Waterfall reporting and help establish goals and define success metrics, including conversion rates and cost-per-lead metrics by lead source; as well as the ability to standardize data sources and provide historical views of data, tactical and program metrics on a regular basis.
- Perform ad-hoc duties related to managing technology vendors, maintaining data, and campaign reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field of study
- 6+ years professional experience working with marketing automation and sales engagement solutions
- Technical and analytical aptitude – must be accurate, systematic, and methodical
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and communication skills
- Strong work ethic, team-oriented attitude
- Demonstrate a proactive approach, accountability, and the ability to manage tasks independently with high attention to detail

- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, preferably SAP Cloud for Customer
- Experience across various marketing platforms, including DemandBase, On24, ZoomInfo, WordPress, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SAP Analytics Cloud
- Experience managing integrations between HubSpot, DemandBase, ZoomInfo and other third party platforms
- Deep expertise in leveraging DemandBase for targeted account-based marketing campaigns
