The Bath & Body Works Technology team is seeking a highly qualified SAP Procure to Pay Senior Application Analyst. This role focuses on managing and delivering SAP functional capabilities to support retail supply chain operations, including Procure to Pay and Order to Cash processes, along with related integrations, often across multiple concurrent enterprise initiatives. Typical activities include requirements gathering, systems analysis, system configuration and implementation processes, time and cost estimates for development requirements, and the coordination of implementation releases. Position will also play a role in driving software requirements and identifying systems solutions that address key business objectives. This role will be assisting with implementing SAP and collaborating with managed services teams to support the Bath & Body Works business. This is an individual contributor role (no direct reports) on a global team.

Responsibilities

  • Support Procure to Pay supply chain business processes and system configuration of enterprise systems, primarily in SAP.
  • Manage and deliver system enhancements with respect to planning, design, and implementation processes, within accepted project delivery methodology.
  • Initiate and prescribe project timelines and milestones; deliver projects on budget and on time.
  • Manage integration among teams and solutions, focusing on communication and timeliness.
  • Partner with a variety of business functions and leaders to assess functional requirements and facilitate cross-functional knowledge sharing.
  • Possess a broad knowledge of SAP business applications and related business processes.
  • Consult on a variety of existing and emerging technologies and associated services and processes.
  • Contribute or create to functional architecture strategies. Author and review functional documentation. Support project, test, and cutover planning. Perform process or data analysis and contribute to process redesign. May lead overall delivery of functional solutions.
  • Demonstrate SME in multiple applications or functional areas in supporting functional expertise in multiple business functions.
  • Serve as the Functional Lead on medium- to large-sized project efforts. Lead other delivery team members and other project responsibilities, including but not limited to cutover planning, performance or UAT testing.
  • Research potential changes, analyze options and implement selected items. Audit results for efficiency, improved quality, or speed. Partner with business teams throughout the process.
  • Mentor and train team members in custom and packaged software complexities, collaborating with managed services teams for Maintenance & support activities, including on-call support.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business partners providing application knowledge and technical expertise.

Qualifications

  • Required: Four-year degree in Information Systems or equivalent.
  • Required: Experience in SAP application supply chain concepts, including one or more of the following modules: SAP MM, SD, PP, GTS, SNC, Ariba SCC
  • Preferred: SAP S4 implementation experience from SAP ECC 6.0
  • Required: 10 years of application analysis experience
  • Required: Minimum 8 years large scale project implementation experience
  • Required: Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Required: Strong ability to understand impacts across a complex multi-system environment
  • Preferred: SAP Techno-Functional experience in configuring Master Data (Article Master, Vendor Master, and Customer Master)
  • Preferred: Strong understanding of specialty retail concepts and processes
  • Preferred: Knowledge base in one or more technology platforms or industries
