Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP Lead to oversee the implementation and management of the SAP Production Planning (PP) module for a public sector project in Pennsylvania. The SAP PP Lead will be responsible for guiding the project from initiation to completion, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to ensure that production planning processes are optimized, scalable, and compliant with public sector regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP PP module in line with project goals and business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., SAP MM, SAP QM, SAP PM) to integrate processes and ensure seamless execution of supply chain and production operations.
• Work with public sector stakeholders to gather requirements, identify gaps, and provide best-practice solutions for production planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resources, ensuring on-time delivery of project milestones.
• Oversee data migration and testing efforts to ensure accurate, clean, and secure transfer of production planning-related data.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and documentation for key users and staff to ensure effective system adoption.
• Provide support for system enhancements, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues related to SAP PP.
• Ensure compliance with public sector regulations, standards, and reporting requirements.
• Liaise with third-party vendors, consultants, and technical teams as required.
• Ensure all deliverables adhere to project scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
